Really helps

I saw online that turmeric helps with inflammation, which I could really benefit from, so I tried it. So far, so good! I haven't had any side effects, like an upset stomach or anything. I pretty satisfied with my purchase. It also, doesn't interfere with my other vitamins that I take.

Turmeric

Love! Definitely have to take with food however! Had the worst stomach pain when I took it on an empty stomach but that's a risk with many vitamins. Help with swelling and irritation I feel like I even saw a difference in my skin!
