The best if you have to be dairy free. Always not available when I order. Very long shelf life so why is it not ordered from your distribution hub in larger quantities . Would not be unavailable at least 50% of the time if ordered more for the coolers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture. I cannot eat a lot of it at once because it still effects me due to other issues, but I can eat cottage cheese and enjoy it now!
