Easy install, for the most part.

2016 Ram 2500 6.4 hemi; The OEM system came off fairly easy without cutting. Had to raise vehicle to clear tailpipe for removal. The Flowmaster kit had everything, with good instructions. Everything fit well and was well thought-out using OEM hangar points. One issue was that the tailpipes were not swaged enough to slide over the mid-pipes. Had a muffler shop open them up a bit. The system was louder than I wanted, so I got some Car Chemistry inserts and installed them. Perfect!

2018 RAM 2500

The OEM system had to be cut to remove it. I cut the existing tubes in front and at the rear of the muffler to make it easy to remove. I did not lift the truck, but I do have 35s on it. the hanger in front of the muffler is 90 degrees the wrong way. I am going to have a muffler shop correct this. Sound is great, except an annoying drone around 2000 rpm. If you want the sound, every system has some issues, so I deal with it.
