Perfect All-In-One Catalyst To Improve Your Diet
This was my first online Walmart purchase. No joke. Nutritional yeast is a Godsend. For years I secretly made fun of vegans, vegetarians, and health nuts because didn't understand that we have a choice of treating our bodies like a temple or an amusement park. Although I'm mindful of what I consume, my body can no longer digest meats that will nor can I have cows milk products. This developed more recently especially the lactose issue, but it's about knowing that I can't just eat as I please. I'm definitely more of a pescatarian and occasionally eat poultry, however I am happy to make up protein intake with this product. 1.5 tablespoons equals 8 grams of protein, amazing! I don't need to feel like I'm missing out on eating fish everyday, etc and gets costly. Buy this product because you have so many ways to achieving more optimal health once you decide to adjust certain foods. I love that I can use this almost like a cheese substitute.
