Glute Master
Sams Club has the cheapest version of this (trust me, I checked EVERYWHERE). It was very easy to put together (Im a female, put it together w tools I already had, was done in about 40 minutes-and thats w stopping and watching Y&R scenes). I've only used it for about 3 weeks (I normally lift heavy weights). W/squats & leg press, I see my results fairly quick w heavy weights, no difference w this machine than what I get w squats. Not sure, read it works for some, just nothing really for me I guess. I recommended it because someone else may get out of it what I didnt. It's put together well and its fairly inexpensive; I say give it a try and see for yourself if it works or not. I dont regret the purchase, just not thrilled at any results thus far.
