American Standard 0641800.020 Boulevard Pedestal 8-Inch Counter, White

Back when my house was built in the late 1920's, apparently, the Roaring 20's didn't value big bathrooms (at least not in my neighborhood.). So our tiny bathroom, one hundred years later, is still serving our household of 6. And this pedestal sink is a great upgrade after using it for 2 months. The footprint is small and doesn't expand at the bottom like other pedestal sinks, making it easier to clean around and minimal in space. Since our bathroom does not have a counter, the wide frame of the bow is a HUGE upgrade. It is enough to place shaving, dental, and haircare products on the sides, satisfying all the members of the family. The bowl is not deep, but we are not washing dishes in it. It is functionally shallow, which isn't an insult! Its deep enough to accomplish your daily preparation without wasting water. The style is traditional with modern cues. It is also easy to clean and drains efficiently. My only small complaint is the pedestal holes for the floor anchor bolts and nuts. There is not enough tolerance to get a socket or wrench between the pedestal and the bolt to secure the nut on both sides. I could only secure one bolt, the other is freestanding. The bowl secures to the wall without any issues. But even at 75% mounting, the entire assembly is level and I can lean on it periodically at 200 lbs without any issue.
