This product has a con
we purchased this product because it was supposed to be the silentest disposal on the market. Turns out its the rubber flange with a pinhole in the bottom that makes it difficult to get the waste down and makes the disposal quiet; that was a big disappointment to us and we would like to get a different flange for this disposal one we can actually use without removing it in order to use it. Hopefully that is possible? Please let us know if we can get another flange.
