Oh man. If you stick your hand in the bag and grab a bunch of this cheese and eat it you cannot tell it's not actual cheddar cheese. If you pause a moment you will feel a different texture in y our mouth, but on salads this cannot be beat as a cheese substitute. It is also very good on chili dogs, but of course it doesn't melt. I will reiterate though, on salad, it cannot be beat. NOM!
