I keep finding ways to use it.
Umami Seasoning is an interesting thing. Kind of more of an after-taste in some cases. Works in Asian inspired things like rice or ramen. I try it on things just to see if it works or not. It's hit or miss and all up to the folks eating what you put it into. It's not like adding say salt or garlic. Being more like black pepper in a sauce, that seems to change it just a bit. Because loads of pepper can change it too far if you use over much.
