Very Yummy but STAY AWAY from TOXIC CANOLA OIL

Instead of the recommended 2 eggs I added 3 for more protein, In addition I also added 3/4 cup almond flour, a small mashed ripe banana, 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract and half tsp Baking soda, also I used milk and a stick of butter instead of water and the unhealthy canola which the label advised. By customizing the ingredients I made a healthier denser breakfast muffin that really hits the spot. Here's a warning for you, Canola oil is short for Canada oil because they are the main exporters of Lape seed (substitute an R for the L, censors won't let me write the Rword!) which is the original name. and prior to some evil genius coming up with the idea of adding it to our food supply, Canola oil had strictly industrial applications and was used as a machine lubricant ! It is highly indigestible and causes congestion in many body systems, including worsening Eyesight , just because they market it as "zero trans fat" means nothing as far as being good for you ! Paint and pesticide is also zero trans fat that doesn't mean it belongs in your body ! Butter used in moderation is actually a healthy food and a good source of fat soluble vitamin A which is crucial for eyesight and immune function .Be smart, use butter or coconut oil, and steer clear of the falsely "healthy" Canola oil ! Other than that, this is an excellent wheat-free muffin mix and I am happy with it :-)

Such a good muffin!!

This was such a unique and delicious muffin. Really tasted like pancakes and maple syrup. The texture and flavor was on point!
