Mac it up!

I was VERY surprised that this does make for a very delish mac n cheese! I used protein noodles barely covered with cold water, cook %26 don't drain ( also increases protein) then added this bag of cheese with 6oz of evaporated milk. So gooey and rich!

I've been enjoying this nice mix of textures and flavors for a few months now. This selection works well for me in skillet meals, casseroles, and hot sandwiches. It's a great way to boost protein content and less fat and sodium than bacon or sausage. I sometimes place a small clump in the heated egg skillet ahead of the egg because the melted cheese makes a nice base under the egg white, making it much easier to slide onto my plate.
