This sauce is hot! A little goes a long way for my taste buds. I bought this t as an accompaniment for burgers and buns with condiments. It has an easy pour top you need to stick a pin or something sharp (and sterile) into to make that work.i ruined a pair of scissors trying to cut them ff the tip so don't try that! I finally just opened the bottle and poured a little in a dish. You might want to try dipping a tiny piece of lettuce in it before mixing it in salads. People who enjoy hot sauce will really like it!
