These are delicious, creamy, cheesy, potatoes thatbrown up nice on the outside, butare moist and creamy on the inside. They make a great side dish. And they have pretty decent ingredients, which is refreshing in these days of processed food. One is enough for me. I'll even bake some up, and refrigerate them, and thenduring the week, I can warm one up, with a precooked sausage patty, for a grab and go breakfast! Yum! ❤️
