Key item features

  • At less than 1oz., you have zero excuses. Meet the Uberleben Leicht. Perfect for every day carry, or even simple fire kit redundancy. Includes mil-spec 550 paracord neck lanyard (approx 34") with secured clasp, metal scraper, and 5/16" thick x 1.25" long ferrocerium rod. Neck lanyard easily sizes down by simply cutting and burning the paracord housed cleanly within the provided clasp. It's not the most efficient fire starter we make, but for it's size - it'll get you fire when you need it most.

Bought this for my son who is an avid hiker and camper. He loved it and promised to always wear when he is out in the wilderness. It gives me some peace of mind, and it's great looking.

Wife bought me this thinking it was cute and I'd probably like it, I love it working difficult to access areas to to service cell tower cooling system I used several times to light my torches. Nice lil item and most co workers believe it's a guitar pick.

I bought this to replace a paranoid project kit that I had purchased but wouldn't spark. I just lit my campfire with this one on the third strike! Definitely a quality product. I've seen reviews complaining about the size but I had no problems handling it and plan on wearing it as a back up fire source. This is my second uberleben item and I've been impressed by the quality of both!
