I wanna gatekeep these so bad lol Even though it tastes nothing like pumpkin to me, I can't rate it any lower than 5 stars bc it's so delicious. In my opinion it tastes wayyyyyyy more like gingerbread. I think this would make a wonderful base for a pumpkin cheesecake/layered dessert.
