Alpine Corporation 33" Tall Outdoor Solar Powered Lantern with LED Lights and Shepherd's Hook Garden Stake

I bought this solar lantern for a bare spot along the back of my suburban garden where I planted a fig tree. I didn't have enough water supply to plant something in the bare space, so this little lantern fit the bill perfectly. It is 33 inches tall and very easy to assemble with no tools required. I put it together and placed it in my garden within 5 minutes. It is well made and gives off a beautiful flickering candle glow after sunset. I placed mine in a spot with full sun, which helps it glow late into the night. It does have an on/off switch, but I have had mine on the whole time. I put this lantern together in the evening when it first arrived, and to my surprise the battery was already charged and it worked right out of the box on the very first night! I am very pleased with this purchase, and plan to put it away in the shed around October to keep it safe from the rainy Oregon winter. Not so sure it would stay nice if I left it out in the garden year round.
