Was totally suffering until I took a pill and it took awhile to kick in but I took 1 every 24 hours and my suffering of sneezing constantly and runny nose stopped. I quit taking the pills and about 2 days later my suffering started all over again so I went back on the pills and it stopped. It really works well but does make you tired after you first take the pill everyday but goes away. At least it did for me.
