Zutter Kutter 13"-

I ordered what I thought was a new product. No where in the description did it say that this was a used product, but that's what I recieved. The product is heavily worn, the trim is cracked and falling off. The bearings sound bad. The stabilizing bars are seriously worn. They didn't even try to refurbish it or even clean it up. The product was sold and shipped by Bic Warehouse third party seller and they are unresponsive to my inquiries. If I could select less than 1 star on the rating, I would.
