Very poor germination rate & poor customer service from Harris Seeds.
I planted at least 30 of these seeds. One plant is doing great. A couple have sprouted but only have a couple small leaves. Most didn't germinate at all. In the meantime, I have more zinnias than I can even use for bouquets, from Eden Brothers Seeds. So, obviously I know how to grow zinnias. Also, 2 years ago I bought the Pink Dreamland Zinnias from Park Seed and they did wonderfully. That's why I wanted to grow them again this year. Very, very disappointed in these from Harris Seeds. I received an email from Harris Seeds asking for my review. Rather than leave a bad review, I tried to call them using the 800 number in their email. It's just a phone loop. There is no way to speak to a person. I kept pressing zero hoping to speak to a person, but the system just kept putting me back into the loop. Had I been able to speak to a person about the very poor performance of these seeds, then perhaps Harris Seeds could have rectified the situation, but since I can't speak to a person, I am writing this review. So, not only am I very unhappy with the seeds, now I'm unhappy with their customer service. Why send me an email asking for my feedback, and include your phone number in the email, but yet make it impossible to speak to a person? Very frustrating. Waste of money for the seeds. Waste of my time trying to speak to someone at Harris Seeds. Very disappointed. Won't order from Harris Seeds again. I will stick with Eden Brothers and Park Seed.
