Whitening Strips Instructions: With dry hands, open the foil pack and peel each strip away from the film. Line the whitening strip along the gumline, adhering sticky side to dry teeth, and apply gentle pressure to secure the strip. Remove at 30 minutes to reveal your whiter smile! Whitening Pen instructions: Twist the bottom of the pen until gel flows into the brush tip applicator. Apply a thin layer of the whitening gel to each tooth. Insert Whitening Accelerator LED Light into your mouth and bite down gently. Wear device for the full 16-minute cycle. Once complete, rinse your mouth with water.

These were substituted in my Walmart order for crest white strips. I feel like they work really well! I like the Trey with the light. I could definitely tell a difference after two or three. I would use them again instead of crust white strips.

So, I've only used the pen so far and I use the kit maybe every 6 days or so, and it's worked out really well to keep my teeth white, and I've had no sensitivity issues. I would definitely recomend this kit - the convenience of everything and the light is really nice, And even the charger for the light is really good quality. That this is a good kit.
