[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the packaging was extreme;y secure, but after i got the hang of the top i realized it was pretty great and leakproof. one pump on each side. no tipping my head backwards and getting it everywhere and down my throat...yuck. there was no discomfort or irritation. no dryness adding to the congestion for more discomfort. instead it actually soothed dryness and irritation from using other brands the day before. congestion was gone in less than 5 minutes!! less than 5 minutes and i could breathe easily again. it seemed to last longer than 12 hours, i didnt need it again for at least 20 hours. this is a great product ill be buying again and recommend to anyone else suffering from congestion.

It's got a child-proof cap that makes it difficult for children to open and use the package without supervision, which is definitely a good thing. I haven't really had any extreme congestion during the sampling period to try this out on, but I did have some mild congestion in the morning which I used it for. I like that it contains aloe, which moisturizes and soothes my nasal passages. It's a little slimy at first but after it dries it's normal. Also, the ingredients really do work to dry up congestion. I was very impressed. I will definitely be using this the next time I have a cold.
