So far, so good. I started off taking 1 pill twice a day and now take 2 pills twice a day. I feel like it has been good for my skin, hair and gut. I went slow at first to avoid any negative side effects and I'm hoping to see more results in the next month or so. I would recommend!

Black seed oil and fish oil purchase

I love the products. They were shipped and received promptly. The only issue I have is the size of the pills. They are huge with both products. Can someone at the manufacturer please figure out how to make them smaller so they are more easier to swallow. I'm thinking of going to a another company only for this reason.
