I can't believe how well this works. I quit my anxiety prescription cold turkey (don't do that!) so I had anxiety so bad it felt like I was constantly in fear. The first supplement I tried didn't seem to help a lot, but this helped the first day. And every day since. I still get low-level anxiety (esp in the evening) and use calming breathing and positive self-talk for that. Also, Once in a while, I get angry for very little reason. I don't think Calm Now causes that as much as it doesn't alleviate it. I've been taking it two months or so.

I cannot even begin to express the depression rut I have been in for years, on top it having extreme anxiety and not able to handle stress very well. My focus has been absolutely gone along with my energy. I did not want to go back on medication because of the side effects and also I want to learn how to cope with my stress and nerves on my own. It did take some time for me to start seeing results, I would say nearly a month until I was able to fully recognize the changes in focus and my mood in myself. Now I've not only had a couple good days, but actually entire weeks feeling considerably more calm and level headed especially when stress arises, and that is not an easy feat for me.
