Zeppoli 14" x 25" Classic Cotton Kitchen Towels, 30 Pack (White)

I'm not a prolific cook, but I do spend a decent amount of time in the kitchen, which of course includes cleaning up messes. I use at least one dish towel every day, wiping up spills, drying cleaned items, and using them to grab hot things off the stove or out of the oven. I need towels that aren't too thin and are highly absorbent. These Zeppoli towels have been great. I've had them for a few months now, and they have performed very well. They're soft and soak up various wet substances very well. They're easy to throw in the washer and dryer, and they've been holding up well under multiple uses (see photo of grey towel). They have not shrunk or become significantly thinner due to lost lint. I even gave a few to my mother to share, as this packet comes with a generous twelve towels. As they are black/white and grey, they will coordinate with almost any décor. The fact that I have a black and white motif in my kitchen is a bonus. I have ceramic dishware and a glass stovetop, and the towels have not caused any scratching at all. I've been very happy with this set and definitely recommend it!

If you are like me, you use dishrags, or dish towels, for everything--most especially things paper towels can't do. For me, one of those things is lining to the front edge of my kitchen sink. Whenever I'm washing dishes in my kitchen sink, the bottom of my shirt will get soaked--you know that wet line--from the spray and splash kicking up from the sink; and also the front-lip of the counter gets wet and then my shirt acts like a sponge. To prevent this, I'll use a dishrag to catch the water and keep the lip dry. A benefit of this is I get a more stable--less slippery--surface to hold what I'm scrubbing . These kitchen towels are great for this purpose. I liked how about these are large sized, 15-inches by 25-inches, but are not only thick or too heavy. Often, large dish towels are too thick or too heavy to line the edge because they soak up too much water, becoming water-logged and ineffective; and small towels although thinner are too small. These are the Goldilocks, big enough to do the job but not too thick to be too much. These towels are effective at being multi-purpose. They'll dry what you want, wipe up what you need, wash out easy enough; and to me, importantly they'll dry quick when just hanging from their dish-towel bar. Because, who wants damp, smelly, dirty dishrags?
