Zenith Metal 608-A 40-60 in. Shower Tension Rod in Bone

The rod itself is perfect....it was the packaging/shipping/handling that was bad. It was delivered by FedEx and left on my front porch as usual and that was fine too....but when I picked up the box the rod fell out the bottom.......bad packaging and crushed box. I was really surprised when it fell out and more surprised seeing the shape of the box and that it actually had something inside it. I doubt walmart sees this problem and fixes it, but if you're reading it, just a heads up as to the quality of your package. So, how do you rate a product....product was fine, shipping was very poor.
