It Works!!

A type 2 diabetic, i heard about Berberine and decided to give it a try .. I did my research and the recommendation was between 1000mg to 2000mg daily so i decided to go with 1500mg which is 1 capsule 3 times a day with a every meal i did a blood test before and HbA1c was 68 mmol/mol (8.37%) and after 26 days i did one again it became 53mmol/mol (7.0%) and i will continue to take it for another month!!

Helps with Blood Glucose

My fasting blood glucose is usually around 95, and seems I can't get it much lower, been trying, but it's not above 100 which is not good. I take berberine and chromium with my meals that have carbs to help blunt the glucose spike after a meal and my glucose monitor says it helps a bit, even better is when I take a 10-15 brisk walk right after eating. I monitored for a few days to see what works.
