Not knowing which size would be appropriate for me, I ordered this dress in the Medium and the Large sizes. I could fit into both sizes. However, the Large fit the look in the picture. The medium wasn't as full. TBH I've ordered the exact same dress in an XL (from another big online store because Walmart sold out). I'll try it to see if I like the XL better. If so, I'll return the Medium and Large sizes. To wear at work, I bought new black patent leather and tan and grey fabric slingbacks (via DSW) and a really cute black, tan, and grey (Walmart) scarf to add to and dress up the neckline. Always accessorize!

You get what you pay for. Don't expect high quality. It's a basic collar black dress. It flairs out at the bottom. You have to iron it though! Material didn't bother me and I have sensitive skin. I'm also happy it didn't have that weird smell. Make sure you check their size chart NOT Walmarts. It runs small.
