What a difference!
This is the best chewable I've found with all of these vitamins - and that's saying a lot, because I've tried nearly a dozen different ones before finding this one. It's really effective, and I even have my Mom on them now. She visited this summer and chewed them while she was here, and she said the zinc definitely helped her overall food taste palette improve. It works, it's super easy to chew, and I can feel the difference in how the magnesium helps me sleep, and the zinc keeps me safer from the germs!

Very Tasty
These taste great but are quite chewy. The blend of vitamins is perfect for what I'm looking for. I just hope the dosing is accurate as often times vitamins are not, especially with gummies.

quite dense to tooth, but juicy. nice taste, but sometimes hard to stop talking another one)). I persuaded myself that they are useful. good quality as for gummies, if manufacturer put inside all the listed ingredients - it's potent for health
