Youtheory Collagen Powder - Vanilla - 4.7 oz

I have heard so much over the years about trying collagen and all the benefits of its use that I was very happy to give it a try when the Sparks team offered it for review. It wasn't clear as to how often to try it so I've been using it once a day in coffee and my husband is also trying it added to his bottle of water. The dosage is a rounded scoop and according to the bottle there are 17 doses per bottle so I did purchase a bottle also so we both could try it daily for two weeks. I have only taken a few doses so have not really seen the benefits yet. One nice thing is that it dissolves very well in either. The container we have is vanilla flavored which is not overwhelming and the flavor is definitely not unpleasant. Being 58 years old, I am happy it is supposed to help fight the effects of aging and also is supposed to have beneficial effects on your hair, skin and nails. I've noticed as I've gotten older that my hair and skin seem dryer so hopefully will see improvement there. It does mention that the facility where it is manufactured processes whey milk protein and fish extracts so take that into consideration if either of those is a problem in your diet. I've taken this now for several days and have noticed no ill effects so I am pleased so far. Collagen is reputed to be beneficial and this is easy to take so I'd give it a try for yourself if you like.

An attractive package containing a great tasting Collagen powder. This 4.7 ounce container is about a months supply. It is a very favorable vanilla scent. I use a full scoop, the scoop is included in the container, sometimes half of a scoop to add to my water, juices, smoothies and coffee. My favorite is the hint of vanilla to my coffee. This powder easily dissolves in hot or cold drinks. Full of amino acids, vitamin C, Biotin and Collagen this is a supplement I will continue to use. I love the hint of vanilla flavor. I have used it for a full month and purchased another because I can see a difference in my nails. They are actually stronger. I have not experienced any adverse effects. I have very dry and sensitive skin however, have seen a slight improvement. My hair looks good too, stronger. Over time I know the collagen will continue to help with my skin and the biotin is great for my hair. I like to take supplements because in my experience they work when I use them for a continuous amount of time. I definitely recommend this Collagen supplement.
