Very bulky and difficult to put together. Noticed deep scratches after assembly. Too much of a pain to return. Also very difficult to pull out and put in the pin that allow it to fold up.

construction was solid but nothing could be locked down tight. It has only pins to secure things in place but too much slack causing it to rattle and shake on even the smallest bumps. Section to go onto the hitch is too short to be able to fold the unit up when not hauling bikes. Unit will hit my 2019 GMC Terrain if it folded on the car. Returning back to the store and finding one that fits.
