False tire depth

Seller falsely claimed tread depth on tires. I was replacing exact model and spec of tires on my car. So I ordered these: 1. Avid Ascend GT yokohama UTQG 740AA tread depth 15/32 110132737 mfg These tires I recieved were GT. But only had 12/32 tread . They listed these LX model also. Different ratings and less depth. 2. Avid Ascend LX yokohama UTQG. 800AA tread depth 12/32 110132836. mfg Guess I should have calldd to verify!
