Only for use in the nose. Do not spray in eyes or mouth. DO NOT USE if you have ever had an allergic reaction to this product or any of its ingredients. ASK A DOCTOR BEFORE USE IF YOU HAVE - have had recent nose ulcers or nose surgery; - had a nose injury that has not healed. WHEN USING THIS PRODUCT - Drowsiness may occur - avoid alcoholic drinks - alcohol, sedatives, and tranquilizers may increase drowsiness, - be careful when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery - You may get a bitter taste in your mouth. To avoid this, tilt your head downward while spraying; - Nasal discomfort or sneezing may occur right after use - Do not share this bottle with anyone else as this may spread germs. STOP USE AND ASK A DOCTOR IF - an allergic reaction, such as a skin rash, to this product occurs - you have severe or frequent nosebleeds IF PREGNANT OR BREAST-FEEDING, ask a health professional before use. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. In case of overdose, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Read the User Guide for how to: prime the bottle before the first use, use the spray, prime bottle again if not used for 3 or more days, clean the spray nozzle if it gets clogged. Adults and Children 12 years and over: This product may be used either once or twice a day: once daily: use 2 sprays in each nostril or twice daily: use 1 or 2 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours; do not use more than 4 sprays in each nostril in a 24 hour period. Children 6 years to 11 years: an adult should supervise use, 1 spray in each nostril every 12 hours; do not use more than 2 sprays in each nostril in a 24 hour period. Tuck chin to chest to avoid taste when spraying
I suffer from bad allergies and chronic sinusitis but have issues with steroid sprays. My doctor recommended this product and I can't be without now. Nothing works faster and lasts as long for me and my husband. Yes, there can be a bitter taste, but it is completely avoided by tucking your chin to your chest when spraying and aiming the nozzle towards your ears while gently inhaling. keep your head down for a few seconds after and you'll be good to go! A little tweak in user application will have you feeling better and not bitter! I recommend this to anyone suffering with stubborn allergies. If you find it making you too tired, start with one spray in each nostril and not 2.

finally a product that works for me
This works with no side effects. I've had reactions with oral allergy meds so was using saline nasal spray. That did not help enough. My allergies cause issues with my inner ears resulting in balance problems. I've used this for several days now and am doing fine. This is such a relief. I'm using one spray in each nostril twice a day.

It Works for Allergies
After reading that this reduces the viral load in your nose, where colds begin, I've decided to try it. I am around seniors every day and hope this helps in preventing colds. It does help with my allergies. It's odd though that the instructions tell you to bow your head when using the spray instead of tilting your head backwards. I believe this is behind the Pharmacy counter.
