Excellent Yin Sequence!

Classes were getting too expensive so I wanted to be able to do more yoga at home. I love yin yoga and how the poses, though relaxed, really work a lot of muscles, and get deep into the joints. The yin sequence in this dvd was just as good as one of the high priced classes I was attending. I haven't gone through the yang sequence yet, but I'm sure it's just as great. Great dvd for a newcomer to yin, as he does not do very complicated poses. Soothing voice that was easily to follow along, I will be purchasing more Simon Low dvd's!
