The people giving these five stars haven't had a homemade cookie. These are… Blah. The cookie itself has no flavor, the only thing you taste is the chocolate. The dough tastes of nothing, but the chocolate chips are tasty, thankfully. Credit where credit is due: There's a wonderful crispiness to these cookies, but the mouthfeel alone can't save these for being more or less the “default” premade cookie. Also, the acid reflux these things caused was nothing short of frightening. These are better than no cookies, but any other cookie is better than these.
