jugs too full

The water and jugs are good but for several months the five gallon jugs have arrived filled to the very top. While some may say, they should be full to ensure the customer gets what they pay for--5 gals. It is impossible to pour from those full to the opening jugs or attempt to flip them onto to a cooler. My suggestion is to return to the previous method of filling the five gallon jugs and leave about 2 inches of space empty of water at the top of the jug.
