I sprayed the poison last night and woke up today and the whole vine all the way up the side of my house is dead. The nozzle makes reaching hard areas easy. The spray gets far and has a good coverage. I'd recommend for an affordable herbicide.

It seems to work great one week in

Just checked the brush I'm trying to kill, and one week after spraying the dying continues. The smaller sprouts are already dead and brown, the rest are wilting and dying back in a wave. It's interesting to watch the herbicide propagate through the trees leaves down the branches to the trunks and hopefully to the roots. Time will tell whether this is a long term solution, but it does seem to work as advertised.
