suncast 165' hose reels

They work just fine. Previously, I had the Suncast 100' hose reels and I only had a fifty foot hose reel. I was always running out of room and the hose would get stuck when I reeled it in. Now I have a 100' hose in the 165' box and it works just fine. I guess they overestimate the amount of hose that will fit, so you really need one that is much bigger (I use a 5/8" hose so a 1/2" may have more room). The product arrived two days before it was expected. Only one of the reels had an instruction manual.
