Hello hjkommel, Thank you for your review regarding the Delta H2Okinetic® 3-Setting Raincan Shower Head. I am very sorry to hear that the shower head did not meet your expectations due to the lowered flow rate and that the H2OKinetic technology does not feel as if it makes a difference. This shower head has been designed to dispense 2.0 gallons of water per minute at 80 psi. If you are more familiar with using a model which dispenses 2.5 gallons per minute or higher, you may notice a slight difference in the amount of water being dispensed. If you would like to test your model to ensure that you are receiving 2.0 gallons of water per minute, please fill a pitcher or bucket for one minute and measure the amount of water to be certain the model is dispensing the full 2 gallons. We do manufacture shower heads with a 2.5 GPM flow rate if you are interested.
