These have been my miniature poodles favorite treat for the past 15 years. Even now during his senior stage, he can still chew them. They can stay soft after opening. I make sure to seal the bag tightly and put them in a air sealed jar. If not they will harden. We always MUST have greenies stocked for my pet. He loves them so much, he'll constantly beg for them and even gets the zoomies when he knows he's getting one.
