Grohe 18731EN0 Seabury Cross Handles, Brushed Nickel

Appreciate that Seabury Cross Handles are available OEM and came quickly when ordered. It was noted with Customer support, which was excellent, that I had two design iterations present in my house. One installed 24 years ago and one 12 years ago. The 12 year old handles have excessive corrosion and one failed thus I needed to order new. I compared the two designs, the latter with plastic inserts, and clearly the 24 year old design is superior and showing little to no signs of corrosion. I provided this feedback with pictures to customer service. Again, customer service was excellent!!
