Care & Maintenance

  • Machine-washable pad and strap
  • WASHING INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT DRY CLEAN! DO NOT USE BLEACH! DO NOT USE WRINGER! DO NOT IRON!
  • Disconnect USB Cord from power source and/or USB Extender. DO NOT PULL BY THE CORD. DO NOT WASH USB EXTENDER OR USB WALL ADAPTER (included with Model 2101). 

Note: 

  • Remove any power source that may have been placed in the Integrated Pocket during use. Set it aside, and DO NOT WASH it
  • Tuck USB Cord into Integrated Pocket to protect it during the wash cycle
  • Machine wash pad in cold water on gentle cycle, or hand wash. Tumble dry on low heat, and remove promptly from dryer, or drape to air dry
  • Ensure pad and USB Cord are completely dry prior to use.

Have to buy separate product to make wireless

Good product but you need to buy a battery charger pack separate to be able to make it to where u don't have to plug it into a wall to work. The battery pack I got barely fits in the designated pocket so wish the pocket was a little bigger. Also it seems like the right side of the heating heats up better than the left . Other than that it works well and I'm satisfied

This unit is NOT usuable without being plugged in!

Beware the cover picture on the box. It makes it look like you charge the pad on your computer then go for a walk; not so! The unit only operates when plugged into a USB port! VERY deceptive advertising on the box!
