I bought a product from this company again.

I have been using the previous one for 7 years and I am very satisfied. After using the new product for a few days, I am also satisfied with its performance, which does not differ from the previous one, but exceeds it. I think I will enjoy the next few years because the device is very cheap to use. I highly recommend Brother because of its ease of use and multifunctionality.

Good Printer and support gets a WOW

When I first installed my new printer, everything worked great except the manual feed tray. I ran the track clear procedure with no luck. I called support who told me to do the same thing. Again, no luck. For the next several weeks I went back and forth with tech support. I finally did one last visual inspection of the MF tray path and low and behold I found a part in the track which was blocking the paper path. I removed the small part (about 0.5 X 0.25 in) and sent a picture to tech support with a note that I would install it if they would send instructions. I was told that this was not a user install part and i thought "Here we go again". About 3 days later a brand new printer showed up. I am afraid i have to eat some crow. Brother went above and beyond. I really like this printer. It will duplex print and process Ledger paper. I have two issues 1) it is NOT a photo printer. Report graphics are fine, but photographs are news print quality. 2) it will not duplex scan. If you are looking for a good workhorse business MF device, this is a good choice.

Brother all-in-one printer/fax/copier

I received this product for free from Brother in exchange for my honest opinion/review of the product. I received this product in exchange for my unbiased opinion.There are a lot of things that I like about this printer. First of all, the print quality for text is outstanding. There is never smeared ink or other issues. I have also been using it to print photos to frame and put on the walls. It does as good a job as any print shop I`ve been to. It has two paper trays, which I like because I like to keep regular printer paper in it but I also like to use it to print photos, envelopes, and stickers. This allows me to do that without having to pull out my normal printer paper. The printer came fully assembled and with two years worth of ink! This is great. I have used many printers over the years and have often found that it`s cheaper to replace the printer than it is to buy ink refills. That isn`t so with this one. The cartridges hold a lot of ink and will last me a long time. It is obviously not cheaply made. Where it does take up more real estate than other printers that I`ve had, it`s definitely worth it. I have a feeling it will last a long time as the quality is good and the workmanship is solid. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
