American Standard Delancey 23-13/16 in. x 13-9/16 in. Kitchen Sink Grid in Stainless Steel

I own this grid. I am very satisfied with it, but most unsatisfied upon learning from the company that they do not have the ability to replace the plastic feet and side bumpers. My only option was to purchase an entire grid at a cost in excess of $112.00 for parts that could cost less than $10.00! How absurd!! The reps, who were polite and empathetic, said the manufacturer does not supply these parts to them. I informed them to tell their vendor to rethink this foolish policy as the bumpers discolor over time and loosen to the point that they get brittle, break or get lost. Hence, I cannot recommend this product because I can assure any prospective buyer that you will encounter the exact problem I have experienced.
