MISSION super soft yellow corn tortillas

I don't eat gluten so these tortillas are my go to for tacos and enchilada's. I make an easy dipping sauce with 1/2 cup yogurt ( I use honey yogurt for this ) and add some Taco Bell hot sauce and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Makes a yummy addition to the taco baskets I make with these corn tortillas.

Tastes good. They do tear when you roll them for enchiladas if you don't heat them in foil first. But if they do tear, once you cover them in cheese and cook them, you can't tell that they are not neatly rolled.

I love to make "Cheesy Tortillas in the Microwave. I just lay out a Mission Super Soft Yellow Corn Tortilla on a paper plate in the Microwave with a square of either cheddar or havarti cheese on top %26 heat up to 30 seconds (watching it melt). Then I take it our %26 roll it up for a very tasty treat to enjoy!
