Great Product

We love Moen products. Our house is a 100% Moen home. High quality fixtures and easy to install. We recently used the shower trim kit to update two bathrooms.

Didn't last

Had our home built and we picked the upgraded Moen. Have lived here for 1 1/2 and I need to replace a cartridge due to leak. With just one person using the bathroom, this is totally unacceptable. On the brightside, excellent warranty and customer service (except the 26 minute wait to talk to them). They are now shipping the parts for free.
