Rock-in Speakers

My title's a bit of a word play since the mid-bass drivers are made of rock/glass fibre. These are truly beautiful to look at, so take some photos before you install them! However, these things hit hard, you won't get woolly ill-defined bass from them. For ultimate depth you still need a sub. For my purposes I am satisfied with the amount of bass I get from them. I am only using a Pioneer DVD touch-screen head unit, and don't feel that more power is needed! These absolutely DESTROY the sound of my original manufacturer's speakers! Everything from mid-bass up to the highest treble is very clear. It's very easy to hear every spoken lyric, and even subtle instrumental/synth sonic cues. You won't find yourself glazing over during a listening session, these speakers arrest your attention and demand your listening involvement. My only possible complaint is they aren't the last word in treble refinement. This is really a minor gripe, because it's not extreme in the least. I absolutely hate piercing treble and would not like these speakers so much if they were fatiguing at all. These are very good at low and high listening levels, and I can't imagine liking another car speaker at this price point better! I have also heard plenty of more expensive speakers that I like less!!
