Excellent customer service.

Although we cherish our settee, the packaging was in a state of disrepair upon its arrival. They have issued us a refund. The support bar was distorted as a result of the support legs failing to remain in place, and the fasteners disintegrated. Replacements are being dispatched to it.

What was the rationale behind the placement of the cushioning in the arms?

The back cushions were inserted into the bottom of the armrests, which made the assembly process more complex due to unusual transportation. I was required to consult the website to determine this. However, it is exceedingly comfortable for a settee that I acquired.

The sofa is pretty

I got the sofa is pretty but I got the pillows for the side of the sofa and there's no entry to put them in. Can someone help me figure this out? I tried to call the company. The number is incomplete. I emailed them the email back that they're going to get in touch with me in 48 hours it's been more than 48 hours and no response. Is anyone else having this problem? I had to put the pillows underneath the shoulder of the sofa because it looks weird flat.
