Guaranteed to break on its own after 30 days
Arrived in an open package and appeared to have been previously installed by someone else. Broke when starting mower for third use after it was installed. Have not hit any rocks or hard objects that would have damaged it. Do not buy as it will break after second use, which if like me will be just after 30 day warranty. Previous one lasted from 1998 until 2024, when a neighbor borrowed the mower and hit a rock.
