NOT HAPPY!

Completely dissatisfied! I was skeptical of the chair before I even bought it bc of the price and the fact that the weight limit was only 243 lbs, so I knew the wood would be low grade. But bought it anyway as a birthday gift for my grandmother and thought I may get lucky with the price. Maaaaan, was I wrong!! The only good thing is that the delivery was a lot faster than expected. Ordered on 10/30 and it arrived today (11/2) and wasn't expected until 11/4. Opened the box and got to work with the assembly, which was easy enough. BUT one of the predrilled holes seemed to be stripped because the screw never got tight on the bottom leg. AND seat came out of the box completely BROKEN. A small child wouldn't have been able to sit in it without going straight through the chair!! So I have to break down what I already assembled, put it back in the box, and return it to the store to get a refund. I originally purchased it online. But I wasn't about to go through any more hassle with printing my own return label, repackaging it, and having it picked up from a shipping company to send it back, AND have to wait on the refund! I mean, seriously?!Received it and returned it, literally, on the same day! This is one item I would not recommend to anyone who expects a good quality product. Just utterly disappointed!
