This is constructed quite sturdily, but it could benefit from an additional pulley or roller at the end where the cable passes through. When raised too high, the cable tends to rub against the slot due to the absence of a second pulley or roller. Another concern is that the holes are not drilled straight on the upright when swiveling, requiring the upper unit to be raised for the pin to go through when locking it into place. Despite these issues, it functions well.

Overall, I find it to be a good product, especially appreciating how it doesn't obstruct and neatly tucks under the bed rail. Just keep in mind the thickness of your truck bed.
